Collaboration and coworking spaces for Ukrainian refugees in Cahul

„EU4Moldova: Startup City Cahul”, in partnership with Cahul State University „Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” and Cahul City Hall join forces to help Ukrainian refugees in our country. For the refugees who are currently in the south of the country, a communication and coworking area has been set up, equipped with everything necessary for them to be able to carry out their activity. Thus, Ukrainian citizens who are in Cahul and have the opportunity to work remotely can come to Cahul State University „Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” (1 Piata Independentei, Cahul town) to benefit free of charge from:

• Communication and coworking spaces equipped with the necessary technique

• High performance equipment

• Internet connection

To book a place in the coworking spaces, it is necessary to fill in this FORM.

Further needs of refugees will continue to be identified in Cahul in order to provide them with all the necessary support. The updated information will be placed on www.startupcitycahul.md  or on the Facebook page of the Project.

EU4Moldova: Start-up City Cahul is implemented in the period 2020-2024 by ATIC, with the financial assistance of the European Union in partnership with Sweden. The initiative addresses the sustainable socio-economic development of Cahul municipality and neighboring localities, which complements the regional coverage of development assistance provided by the European Union to the Republic of Moldova. The project supports particularly the economic development through innovation, the entrepreneurship, the employment for small and medium-sized enterprises outside the capital, and provides study opportunities for young people, women and girls in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
